Password Recovery

We can help you
when you can't access
your Act! database.

To access your Act! database, you need your user name and password. Generally your user name is your first and last name ie “Joe Bloggs” and is not case sensitive. If you don’t recall creating a password, chances are you probably don’t have one so try leaving the password field blank. Please note that the Act! password IS case sensitive.

If that doesn’t work, you can get your Act! Administrator (an Act! user with Admin rights) to login, check your details and reset your password. Once in Act!, you can then update your password to something private if you wish.

If you are the Administrator and can’t login or do not know who the Administrator is, call us on 0800 443 163 and we can get you back in Act! and working again. Please note that charges apply for Password Recovery.
