Remote Access Support
Welcome to our Remote Support Service.
Prior to starting your remote support session, you will need to speak with an Act! Technician. Please call 1300 362 046 if you would like to organise a remote session.
To start your Remote Support Session, you will need to download and run the Remote Connection software (Team Viewer) – see “Connect Now” button below. Please respond affirmatively to any security warnings you may receive from your computer.
Once connected, you will need to provide your Act! Technician with your Team Viewer ID so stay with your PC until you are fully connected.
Note: If using a Chrome browser, the Team Viewer software will be downloaded to the downloads bar at the bottom of your tab. When the file is done downloading, just click its button to open it.
