Mark Nicholas is an Act! Certified Consultant operating in the Sydney City, Sydney South, Wollongong and Canberra regions. Mark was Certified as an Act! consultant in 2003 and has been working with Act Today ever since.

Prior to Act Today, Mark had several roles over 9 years in the Courier industry involving Major Accounts, Sales Manager and Marketing Analyst. Mark also spent 5 years with Balanced IT/AlphaWest as a GoldMine/HEAT consultant gaining experience in selling and implementing CRM and Help Desk solutions.
With 20 years in Sales and Marketing roles, Mark’s experience gives him a strong insight into customer relationships that enhances his ability to implement Act! effectively for customers.
