Luke joined the team at Act Today after graduating with a Bachelor of Business from Western Sydney University.
Luke is often the first point of contact for our customers at Act Today. His attention to detail and empathetic approach to customer service are two key attributes he brings to work - and this means our customers are well looked after from the moment they call us.
His active listening skills means he can quickly identify our customer’s needs and requirements and point them in the right direction. Luke ensure a smooth transition for our customers in effectively communicating the customer needs to our consultants. He is fast learning the benefits of Act! CRM and the value it provides in managing customer relationships.
